Faulty manager Brandon Godbey needs to go. Very unprofessional, aggressive, lack of customer skills. Could have easily apologized on behalf of dealership for error and been pleasant, Matter could unprofessional, aggressive, lack of customer skills. Manager also fudged details in email explanation that would never make it very far since it was black white with person and with phone number who actually brought car in for service, he probably did this, am sure he’s done this before, so management above him wouldnt warn him on his bad behavior. Please replace Brandon Godbey with someone more professional and outstanding. Not good positioning for having a Mercedes. Customers don’t have to put up with him. More

Like many businesses at this time this dealership has not escaped short staff. In spite of this was a leader ship of Brandon Godby the service manager they’ve been able to pull it off.
