The actual work done is fine enough but the communication and client service is very dismal. If you take it here for repairs, you won’t get any update on the progress of the repairs nor how long it will take and client service is very dismal. If you take it here for repairs, you won’t get any update on the progress of the repairs nor how long it will take to get done. Multiple times I’ve called to get and update on my vehicle and the front desk always says the service advisor is busy and will call you back which he most likely won’t. I gave 3 stars because the repairs and service gets done but I definitely do not feel like a valuable customer after a year of taking my car here with 3 repairs, 1 service A and 1 service B done. The work performed included a new replacement windshield (replacing a damaged unit), an "A" Service, and an under-warranty fuel tank replacement, for a 2007 E550. The work was performed as expected, the veh (replacing a damaged unit), an "A" Service, and an under-warranty fuel tank replacement, for a 2007 E550. The work was performed as expected, the vehicle was held for several days for the delivery of the fuel tank. My frustration with the Service Department lies with the age of the car and becoming aware afterwards that the fuel filter is scheduled to be replaced at 143k miles OR 15 years; my vehicle has 99k miles and was built 15 years prior to the service - the Service Department performed a full inspection but made no mention that the fuel filter could be replaced with the new fuel tank. In the coming year I will need to schedule a service to have the fuel filter replaced, a $750-$900 cost plus the time to drop off the vehicle and pick it up - IMHO this should have been addressed during the several-day-long hold of the vehicle. I will consider taking my vehicle to another shop in the future and make sure I use online forums before requesting service. The fuel pump (containing the fuel filter) did not fail, and was not covered under the warranty. The fuel tank did fail, and was covered under an extended warranty. More
