Disappointed that loaners are unavailable for class A services, oil change, that took two hours to complete for an appointment. My car was washed, but the plastic mats were not washed, yet they offer vacuuming of the cloth mats, They should provide a basic inside and out cleaning of the plastic mats and cleaning of the windows. Also, there were oil finger prints on my side door and oil on the-outer door rim, and there was no protection paper mats on the floor. The service person did come clean it off with a spray when I asked. Lastly, I asked a question about the car services to the receptionist while the service man was gone, and they never followed up. I had to ask the service person after not hearing any answers for over an hour. Quality, prompt service is what I expect at these prices, and I would rather get a quick oil change at Jiffy Lube than wait for lack of communication and a dirty, oily car. More
Took my car in to be serviced which included changing the fuel filter. Upon returning home with my car, after the service, I smelled fuel and found a major fuel leak coming from the fuel lines connecting to fuel filter. There was a puddle of diesel fuel on the engine and fuel was dripping from the car. This could have caused a fire! I immediately called and texted the service center, no one responded and I had to try again the following business day. The service center told me I had to arrange to have my vehicle towed and they took two days to diagnose and fix their mistake. Then they wanted to charge me almost $300 to fix the fuel leak that they caused and had failed to notice during the first service visit. They did finally agree to not charge me to fix their mistake but acted like they were doing me a huge favor by doing so. No one apologized for missing a major fuel leak that could have caused a fire, and the entire process took a week with no offer of a loaner vehicle or any compensation for my inconvenience. This was a major mistake on the part of their service department and shows severe negligence and lack of experience, professionalism and common courtesy to their customers. We will NEVER use Mercedes Benz of Portland for any service needs and highly advise anyone who values their own safety to avoid them at all cost! More

In one day , the car was ready and a pdf file was sent about the done work . Separately, I want to mention free charging on the territory of Mercedes!(for customers only) But it's usually busy with cars every day except Sunday. I understand that the parking is small, and there are very few charging users, and the charging itself is free, but leaving the car there for more than 30 minutes is not cool. But I'll go back to the dealer's assessment. The staff is very friendly and helps with all the problems that have arisen. I highly recommend buying a car there, because here they will help you and do everything as quickly and comfortably as possible. More
