The service department put the wrong sized tires on my vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor vehicle, so I was driving with 2 different sized front tires for over a month. Then on another occasion, I brought my tire in when the psi sensor dropped to 20. I was assured it was just a sensor issue, continued to drive on the tire, only to find out there was in fact a rip in the tire. So now that axle is damaged. I’ll be filing a formal complaint. More
No one took the time to explain anything to me. Car still has an error light. Paid 1300+. Would love to talk to someone about the repairs so I can actually understand what I paid for. They are always very professional and provide excellent services. I was a bit disappointed that the car was not washed or vacuumed with Service A. I thought it was included. No car wash, all the inside of the car dirty by repair guy. Very bad attitude with client. Not giving enough information to the client. They charged me two times for service A. guy. No loaners, staff (not SA) that didn't communicate well. ..if at all. Took 4 days from time car was towed into dealership before it was evaluated and problem diagnosed and then another day for necessary part ..if at all. Took 4 days from time car was towed into dealership before it was evaluated and problem diagnosed and then another day for necessary part to arrive. Basically 6 days with no car. Live in a rural area so no bus, taxi, or uber service and no nearby car rental agencies. Felt very unvalued as a customer. More
