I bought a used smart fortwo 453 ed 2018 here. They quickly organized a test drive of several equipment. The car was prepared for purchase quickly too. It's been a few months now. In one day , the car was ready and a pdf file was sent about the done work . Separately, I want to mention free charging on the territory of Mercedes!(for customers only) But it's usually busy with cars every day except Sunday. I understand that the parking is small, and there are very few charging users, and the charging itself is free, but leaving the car there for more than 30 minutes is not cool. But I'll go back to the dealer's assessment. The staff is very friendly and helps with all the problems that have arisen. I highly recommend buying a car there, because here they will help you and do everything as quickly and comfortably as possible. More

Mercedez Benz of Portland completed the service as requested. When I picked up my car there was a massive gash in the steering wheel. It looked like it was from a metal watch. I do not wear watches. I requested to speak with a service manager but they weren’t in the office and I was told I’d get a call back on Monday. I never received a call back. I’ll have this fixed elsewhere as I’d rather not deal with this dealer. With their outrageous labor rates I’d expect more care from their service staff. More
