Scheduled appt online to replace tires on GLE, 2 weeks before appt. and requested to wait. Arrived and advisor indicated tires not in stock. Not a good experience. Not sure if the oil was even changed. Oil was really black when I checked it after service. I paid $800. I found a pocket knife under my hood. Last time I was here. I got charged for a new fuse box. But it was a used box they installed. Very sad for the prices they charge. I won’t be going back. Lost this customer. More
Brought in the vehicle for a 3 miner warranty repairs. 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. Took the vehicle straight to wilsonville Mercedes-Benz and they got it all fixed much soon 1 was completed. The other 2 they didn’t bother to repair. They charge you for unnecessary items and fees under the table at the sales department. You request a legitimate receipt and they say you can only pay cash, zelle, “CASH APP” on a service they are required to provide by Mercedes-benz/DIAMLER. Seams like the wilsonville location is taking all their business, and they are probably having a hard time with lack of customers. Simply because of their low quality of customer service. More

Failed to accurately reflect cars completion status in their monitoring systems. Would have not known it was done if I had not texted them for a status. Could have gotten my car back sooner if the system their monitoring systems. Would have not known it was done if I had not texted them for a status. It is a Lyft issue but since it is a ride provided by the dealer, the dealer needs to pressure Lyft to fix it. More
