A used car we bought was kept an extra 8 Days beyond what we were promised. Getting in touch with Megan was almost impossible. My car was not completely fixed when I picked it up. There was an alert to check my break light, that was still alerting me to check it as soon as I drove away. The tires and everything else were fixed There was an alert to check my break light, that was still alerting me to check it as soon as I drove away. The tires and everything else were fixed first but the signal took them an extra day to work on, I was told it was done by someone who was not the technician for it. The tires took two days to replace as there were only 3 arriving when I needed it. After getting everything replaced and still needing the break light signal to be turned off was highly frustrating as it was promised to me that I would not have to come back for a while. I also texted back my mechanic, Maurice, that the problem was persisting and he never responded after I clarified the issue that the light was still on. It also seemed like he did not trust me to take the loaner car when I asked for it after 3 days of having no car, even saying to be extra careful with it because it’s expensive like I was a child. I do not know why I wasn’t initially offered a loaner car when they told me that it would be an extra 2 days to finish the tires and get the break light checked. More

Charged $1000 up front for car to be in service dept. was told car needed almost $8,000 of work. They said car was worth it because it had low miles and was in very good condition. They charged $500 for their evaluation when I told them we were moving the car to an authorized Mercedes service center. We had all of the work completed plus a new battery for under $3,000. Bought two cars from this dealership and will never go back More
