This is my second time working with Dale in the purchase of a Used Mercedes. My first experience was excellent even though I didn’t choose the correct car for me, which was my fault for not taking time to of a Used Mercedes. My first experience was excellent even though I didn’t choose the correct car for me, which was my fault for not taking time to find a good fit in an automobile for me. Dale helped me with the purchase of a 2007 C280 which was a good car but not completely my style which again it was my fault for not realizing that when I purchased it. Dale knew even though the C280 is a great car I wasn’t connecting with it. I contacted Dale again to look at several other vehicles to see if I could find a better fit, the problem was I had only had the C280 for 4 or 5 months. To find a vehicle to replace the C280 and not blow my budget out of the water I thought might be impossible. I went in and test drove a few cars and Dale helped me narrow it down to two. Dale listened to what I was saying and knew which direction to go when showing me different options. We were able to find a very good fit with a 2008 R550. I have only been in this car for 1 day and feel 100% more confident that this was the right choice compared to my previous purchase. Dale and George did a wonderful job at satisfying a difficult customer. I can be very picky over simple things most people would not even notice. There were several nice brand options other than Mercedes but I am glad I didn’t switch brands, Mercedes is what I wanted and I’m glad that is what I went with. I can’t say enough nice things about Dale Acelar he is truly concerned that you make the right choice for you all you have to do is be honest and let him know what you are looking for. After 20-plus years of driving the BMW 3 series, I wanted to do an A-B comparison based on what I had read and seeing these beauties around town. From the visit through the lease of a C300 a few weeks later I encountered nothing but top-notch sales, service and other dealership professionals. Eventually the salesman who handled the deal was Benjamin Tait, who was superb in every respect: knowledgeable, honest and above all, a great listener, responding to my questions and concerns and sparing me any sort of canned sales pitch. When he wasn't available others assisted and there was no sense that competing for commissions would take priority over my own experience -- another great quality of this shop. I recommend the dealership unconditionally to true-blue car enthusiasts like myself, as well as those who simply want the facts, the best deal and an honest group to get the job done in good order. Well I will say to all to make sure you know exactly what price the vehicle is really worth, not what they think it is. I have been dealing with cars since I was young, about 27 years. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle & knew what they gave for the vehicle on a trade in. They jacked the price up $9,000 dollars & was willing to make at least $5,000 on the vehicle when the BANK LOAN VALUE, NADA, KELLEY BLUE BOOK, & EDMUNDS are around $18,000 & below. I made an offer & was told that he would get back with me in which I had to call them back. Then I made a counter offer & was told that he would present it & would call me back in which he didn't because it was not what they wanted in the price. My offer was $2,000 & then $3,000 over what they got in it. Sadly to say being that it is a high end mercedes benz dealer, (woo-hoo) they have to make as much as they can to maintain their reputation. THIS IS A BUYERS BEWARE TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE GETTING A GOOD PRICE ON WHAT YOU ARE PURCHASING & PLEASE FIND OUT WHAT THE ACTUAL VEHICLE IS WORTH. DO NOT, DO NOT PAY MORE THAN WHAT IT IS WORTH & PUT MORE MONEY IN THEIR POCKET.
