Our sales rep Ben was patient, supportive and really kept his eyes open for what I was looking for. It didn't take too long (maybe a few days or a week) but he sent the perfect vehicle. I live East of Portland and work in Vancouver so not particularly easy to just run down to the dealership and "kick tires." After Ben found this perfect C300 I zipped out to see it in person. Yes. She was perfect. Less than an hour later Ben had my 2012 C300 and I pulled away in a gorgeous 2015 C3. From sales to finance the entire experience was sensational. (That's why my husband is moving into the Benz family and picking up his new E-Series next week.) Highly recommend the dealership - and ask for Ben Tait in sales - if you want a true buyers experience. More

Things went south at the very end when the finance Lady pulled out the very last document that had a "failure to do future business fee" of $600.00?? What??? You mean if we decide at the end of our 27 month lease that we do not want to lease or purchase another car from Lithia Motors that we have to pay a $600.00 cost of "not doing business" fee? Absolutely appalling! Lithia, if you want my loyalty you are going to have operate like any other American Business... earn it! This little junk fee might wind up costing you a lot more than $600 in future business. More

I called up Chan who did an outstanding job of finding me a fully loaded 2012 E350 4Matic wagon that was in my price range. Negotiations were a breeze with sales managers George, Dale and Darren all working with me at some point during the buying process. I financed with MBF. Mylee led me through the paperwork with no snags, no hidden fees, and was willing to take the time to answer all my questions. This is my second car through Lithia Mercedes-Benz of Portland and it will be the first place I come back to when I need another car. With a friendly sales staff, awesome showroom and a convenient location, I highly recommend this dealership. More

Following in the footsteps of hardware great, Parkrose Hardware and others, Mercedes could expand into a whole new era by ushering in the popcorn machine. I feel that popcorn would be a great addition to the already astonishingly good cookies and brilliant service. Again, the service provided was very nice and helpful. More

2014 GLK 350 Multiple Problems I have a 2014 GLK 350 with 9000 miles. I was about to leave for Seattle when the passenger window failed to close. Called service and brought the vehi I have a 2014 GLK 350 with 9000 miles. I was about to leave for Seattle when the passenger window failed to close. Called service and brought the vehicle in, Upon analysis it was found that the passenger window failed to close, the Catalytic Converter was noisy and the transmission was shifting rough. I was given a loaner car and was able to make my trip to Seattle. Chris Lap and staff took care of all issues including the loaner vehicle. The window now works again, the noise is gone from the Catalytic Converter and you can hardly feel the transmission shift. Chris and crew met my expectations of a very courteous and prompt experience. I would recommend your service department to my friends. Ted More

When I came in the following weekend I was greeted by Nick G. who even remembered my name! He was incredibly genuine, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions (and wow did I have a ton!!) . I was very concerned that I wouldn't qualify for a Smart because i'm a recent graduate and was unsure if the credit I had built was enough to get me a car without a co-signer. Nick and the team worked with me and before I knew it I was driving my brand new 2015 Fortwo Passion home. I even got it in red and black! Blazers' colors! Thanks Nick and Bruce! You guys rock! More
