Wouldn't give me a rental saying it'd be under an 1hr. I come in from Vancouver and have no issue waiting an hour for my car service to be done. But they take hours. The least I've waited was 2hrs and most was 5hrs. They wouldn't give me a rental and took over 2rs to get me my car, making me late for work. I shouldn't jeopardize my job/ career because they're too cheap to give a rental. And by the way I'm a female and they always treat me terribly here, brothers and dad come here and they treat them completely different. With respect and great service. My sex shouldn't be a reason why I'm treated so bad here. More

Bad service and always there is a justification of delay or no service. I tried to change my car with another one due to feeling unsafe in it. Looked for a 4WD one. They didn't care about my issue and came up with a huge penalty for breaking the lease. Greedy people. More
GLK 350 4MATIC rocks in Portland weather! GLK350 Review It is my pleasure to provide a review of my 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350 4MATIC. I bought this in October 2015 from Dale Acelar at Merc GLK350 Review It is my pleasure to provide a review of my 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350 4MATIC. I bought this in October 2015 from Dale Acelar at Mercedes Benz on SW Naito Parkway in Portland, Oregon. I will skip reviewing the creature comforts of the GLK. It's a Mercedes, so you know all that stuff is going to be good. Compared to my previous Fords – first a Ranger 4WD and then an Explorer 4WD -- I was impressed with the drive and the ride. To be fair, the GLK is more of a car platform than a truck platform. I was happy with the fuel economy, and quickly came to appreciate the useable cargo space with the back seats folded down. The published cargo space is bigger in my Explorer, but the GLK seems to have more useable space and the seats go down and back up much easier. My only lingering doubt with the GLK was the 4MATIC versus the “real” 4WD that I had in the Ranger and Explorer. Those fears were put to rest in Portland’s recent Snow-pocalypse 2016, on Wednesday, December 14. Those of you from Portland will remember how ugly that drive home was. I was at work until 5:30 pm that day. When I left work I headed for I-84 West and generally had no troubling motoring along at a cautious speed. Then, like hundreds of others, I became stopped in the gridlock near the Lloyd Center exit. From about 6:00 pm until about midnight, I waited there with all the other drivers. (Fortunately I had emergency snow clothes so was able to turn off the engine to conserve gas.). Finally the road ahead was cleared of overturned vehicles, stranded cars, etc., and we had the okay to cross the Marquam Bridge. I was happy and somewhat surprised that the GLK motored over the bridge, down I-5 South, off the Multnomah Blvd. exit, and to my home on the Westside without a hint of problem. I went about 20mph and it did take another two hours, but the point is, I made it without incident. I saw dozens upon dozens of wrecked and abandoned vehicles and kept asking myself, “Is it really that bad?” Now before you judge me as being smug, it was around 2:00 am at that point so I did have the roads mostly to myself; I'm sure that helped. In our 2017 Snow-mageddon that started on Saturday, January 7, I've had no problems so far. After the snow on Tuesday, January 10, I put the chains on. I stayed home on Wednesday, the worst day . I drove with the chains on Thursday but took them off that night due the mostly bare pavement on the main roads. I hope this review has been helpful. I'm pleased with my 2015 GLK350. I'd also like to recommend Dale Acelar as an outstanding Mercedes Benz associate. Dales listens to what you want and need in a vehicle. He doesn't try to steer you to things that don't fit. He does what he says he's going to do and he follows up to make sure you are happy. We agreed on the price and details by email, and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour when I went to pickup the GLK. My trusty old Explorer is still in the family, but I will be going back to Dale when it's time for the next car. The GLK has made me a believer! More

He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and made sure that everything was perfect once I got to the dealership.
