Tracy Warren and her crew found the car that I could not find anywhere and not only that but the Finance department did the impossible so I could get the car I wanted. Their service and customer care is above excellent. They really care for their customers. I gotta say it was really a challenge because my situation was a little bit different since I was relocating from the East to the West side but they made it happen and now I drive a MB everyday and I am super happy with it. Usually, other dealerships dealers would try to rip you off and be unprofessional and rude if people ended up not buying a car, however, Kenny is different. Upon arriving, the staff warmly greeted us and then we met with Jennifer. She was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly, approachable, and it was obvious she was well-prepared and knowledge about the vehicle we had expressed interest in. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. After deciding to purchase the vehicle, we met with Mylee, who also went above and beyond in helping us complete the paperwork. The staff at this dealership is top notch and deserves all 5 stars! More
BAIT AND SWITCH on NEW MERCEDES I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes and initially was pleased with the service. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. I have only had my vehi I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes and initially was pleased with the service. Unfortunately, it went downhill after that. I have only had my vehicle for 6 months. I love my car.....BUT... 1. I told the sales associate I would only purchase a vehicle that had roof racks. The sales manager agreed to included the racks on the car for me at no additional cost to close the deal. When I went to open the sunroof, it apparently does not work with these racks. Another Mercedes dealership showed me in writing in the Mercedes Service manual, that racks do NOT work on this vehicle and there is a problem because the Sunroof will not work when these particular racks are installed. This was obviously a known problem and Not brought to my attention. I addressed this with the service manager and he agreed that I should return the racks to Mercedes and he would pay for the new racks that would work properly from a private Rack store. I emailed him the temporary receipt and price of the appropriate racks BEFORE purchasing and he ok'd he would refund me in full. I purchased the racks for $595 within a week of that conversation and when I went to get a refund, the service manager had stopped working for Mercedes and the New Manager , Romano Boicic ,REFUSES to pay me but $270. My sales associate, let's call him Mr. D, says he is unable to assist me either. This is a Bait and Switch. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS and A SCAM to promise a customer who has purchased a practically NEW Vehicle and not even stand by their word. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. 2. When I drove the vehicle off the lot and went to Costco for my weekly shopping, upon getting back in the vehicle, it wouldn't start. It was 8 PM at night and I couldn't even drive home. This had to be repaired at the dealership. ONLY hours after purchase. What a NIGHTMARE. More

I also so much enjoyed working with Dale’s assistant Mary Hugger who has outstanding customer service and communication skills, so friendly, warm, and cheerful with a big smile on her face! It took me a long time to find the vehicle I wanted. Neither Dale nor Mary ever pushed me to purchase what was not quite a match for me. They have been very patient and were available at “hello” any time I had questions. I purchased the vehicle of my dream on my birthday. Dale and Mary made it a very special birthday for me! The salesma About a week ago I went to Mercedes Portland to test drive and likely purchase the S-cabriolet with cash and trade in my current Mercedes. The salesman was Dale Acelar & Mary Hugger. I showed up and had to wait a very short bit to meet with Dale, which is understandable. While waiting I observed the way he dealt with another potential buyer and the way he tried to earn their business eagerly. My experience was quite the contrary than what I observed with the previous client, it felt as if I was more of an inconvenience than a potential purchaser. During the test drive I felt he was very uninterested and a vibe of it being more of a hassle, by just scrolling through his phone, texting, etc. when arriving back to the dealership Mary Hugger, his assistant, was a breath of fresh air, she was very warm, attentive, and really strived to make the experience enjoyable. They should really do a role reversal, her being the saleswoman and him the assistant! My social circle includes many Mercedes owners and I will definitely be sharing my experience. I ended up leaving there and going to a different dealership. Overall, if this is the way potential buyers are treated it makes perfect sense now why Mercedes Wilsonville sells so many more vehicles than this dealership. More
