Immediate help when I needed it the most! My run flat tire was extremely low as I pulled into the dealership to see what was wrong. The service crew assessed the situation and found that a nail caused the tire damage. I was on my way to take my 90 year old father to his doctor appointment. Noel and the service reps gave me a loaner car so that I could make the appointment. My car tire was repaired the very next day! Thank you all! More

Great Service I took my vehicle to MB of PDX due to another dealership being unable to resolve my issue even after bringing in a corporate technical specialist. Very professional and thorough service here at MB PDX. Shop foreman Todd and service advisor Ronnie were great to deal with. Very thorough research of my issues by Todd leading to a permanent fix for a recurring issue that was beginning to sour my experience with MB & AMG. Great customer service by Ronnie with updates along the way. These guys are great! I will be using MB of PDX to service my MB vehicles going forward. More
