The only negative I have to say is that when we arrived staff were in a staff meeting and left us with no sales associates to talk to. We basically had to wait until their staff meeting was over. Poor judgement from management in my opinion. There should either always be someone on the sales floor, or someone from meetings should leave the meeting to attend to business. That is why the dealership is there to sell vehicles not be in staff meetings. Other than that is was a good experience. Staff were great! More

Was very patient and knowledgeable with sound advice to finalize what I want and locate the car available to meet my needs. He made all the arrangements in a timely fashion with thoroughness. Appointment was arranged to get the sun shield and UV tinting done before delivery. He explained for one hour on some of the features of the new car.during the delivery. I have more questions after driving the car for a few days. Mylee prepared all the necessary documents efficiently for my signatures and coordinate the delivery well with Keith on Saturday. More

Last time I had my car for a scheduled maintenance they forgot to align the wheels. When I went to the store to purchase mud flaps I was quoted over $260 with no installation. I ordered on line to be pick up at the same place for the cost of $174. I feel I cannot trust on this dealer to provide a reliable and good service. Al thought I have to drive an extra 20 miles and plan for extra traffic, I will go back to Wilsonville dealer. More
