Great experience. Had service B done and it took about an hour less time then was told. Staff was very helpful suggesting somewhere to eat. Everything was fine--I had the car picked up and there were some issues with the appointment. Had to be changed due to poor information in scheduling. Thought car would be one day, but found out due to were some issues with the appointment. Had to be changed due to poor information in scheduling. Thought car would be one day, but found out due to holiday that it would be three. Also I was not dealing with Portland for the appointment, but someone in Florida. Not good.
