The service center has gotten worse over the last few years. Takes longer to get car in for service. Takes longer for service to be complete. This most recent service I had my steering wheel looked at fo years. Takes longer to get car in for service. Takes longer for service to be complete. This most recent service I had my steering wheel looked at for squeaking noise and I decided not to get it fixed due to cost but after it was put back together, there is now a much worse creaking sound when turning the wheel. Andy was a terrible service manager who was not clear about timing, not transparent about anything, communication was terrible, he never followed up on items that he was supposed to. I transitioned to a new service manager and it went much better but I will likely start taking my vehicle to the Beaverton service department moving forward. More

Dealer had $62. 9k on a GLS 450 and text me if I am ready to buy it. I said I would come Sunday, but to drive 3 hours on Saturday, I would a better deal. They said "n 9k on a GLS 450 and text me if I am ready to buy it. I said I would come Sunday, but to drive 3 hours on Saturday, I would a better deal. They said "no" it is already the lowest price. I planned to call them Sunday morning to see if still available, but 30 minutes later, I received an automated email from their dealership that the price was now $57k! I started texting, but the sales person didn't respond. When I called, a different sales person said it might be a mistake. I asked them to check, and they said that sales managers do not get involved in pricing. When he finally found someone to check with, he came back and said that the price was lowered, but not reflecting on all websites yet. Then, they took a $1k deposit on my credit card, but called back saying they will not hold the car unless I am there when they open the next morning. They refused when I offered to wire transfer the funds or give them more of a deposit saying I have no choice but to follow their instructions exactly "they own the car and it is their decision who they sell it to". I was shocked at this bad experience, they talked over me, yelled at me, then accused me of yelling at them. I hope Mecedes-Benz of Portland, OR fixes the terrible service! More

Dealer has great integrity. I purchased a car out of state through Driveway.com who brokered the final deal with MB of Portland. The day after receiving the car, an inspection I purchased a car out of state through Driveway.com who brokered the final deal with MB of Portland. The day after receiving the car, an inspection uncovered a major mechanical fault with the vehicle. Both Driveway.com and MB of Portland were prompt to return my phone calls and were generally sympathetic to my issue. I executed the Driveway.com guarantee and all parties were responsive. Driveway picked the car up the very next day and MB of Portland returned the full purchase amount to me within a few days. The true test of a company is how they resolve their problems. They really made it quick and painless. Thank you to everyone involved. More

Ryan and Jennifer were very helpful and friendly. They both went over everything in detail. I was told I would get a call to set up window tinting and protective coat for the car. I received a cal.
