Brought car in for problem with fuel pump, was told they would not take care of it. Very disappointed that I was not able to get this fixed. It was my Dads car who we lost back in November from Covid. I wil would not take care of it. Very disappointed that I was not able to get this fixed. We had a wonderful experience with our sales associate, Andrew Fox as well as the finance manager, Jennifer Joseph. My only complaint is the vehicle we purchased was NOT detailed very well. I didn’t notice Andrew Fox as well as the finance manager, Jennifer Joseph. My only complaint is the vehicle we purchased was NOT detailed very well. I didn’t notice 90% of it until we were home and had the vehicle for a few days. I was really disappointed in the lack of attention to detail. I took tons of pictures and meant to call, but didn’t. It’s quite a drive for me and I am a busy Mom. More
