I scheduled a visit for a recall at this dealership. My friend originally scheduled this appointment for me for I thought he was able to drop off my car. He was not and I called the dealership three tim My friend originally scheduled this appointment for me for I thought he was able to drop off my car. He was not and I called the dealership three times to change the contact information to myself, it never happened. The advisor never called me about my recall, I got a text message that my car was ready and I showed up and the advisor did not talk to me for he was too busy. I would need to wait at least 45 minutes to an hour to pick up my car. I emailed the advisor to submit my Uber receipt for reimbursement. He has not contacted me back to confirm he received the Uber receipt. I emailed him on 9–20 3–2022. Poor customer service and follow up. I know it was a basic recall repair but I would expect a little bit more from Mercedes More

I had a wonderful experience. This was my second service appointment with Mark. He is always meets me at his desk, acts professional, friendly, and positive.
