I found a great 550e suv on the web site. I was just looking for the service number but had to peek! Called and spoke to Alvin, a very professional sales person. The service technicians did I a good job on my services but my reservation which I made online was lost in the system which caused a 20 minute delay initially and the technician needed to confirm my parts but my reservation which I made online was lost in the system which caused a 20 minute delay initially and the technician needed to confirm my parts actually were in stock. Disappointing that the online app doesn’t seem to be connected with the service department. More
