This was my first visit to Mercedes Benz of Plano to (first)service my pre-owned car but I’m really disappointed with the service they provided me. I was expecting better service but did not fix any iss (first)service my pre-owned car but I’m really disappointed with the service they provided me. My car is still under warranty but they did help me with any of the benefits of warranty neither any one encourages me for extend the warranty. I’m deeply disappointed by Mercedes Benz showroom. You continue to send messages to my husband regarding the Mercedes. I’m the one who has driven it for 3 years and elegiac deals with MBPlano. On 3/30 I had an appointment for the car’s regularly scheduled Mercedes. I’m the one who has driven it for 3 years and elegiac deals with MBPlano. On 3/30 I had an appointment for the car’s regularly scheduled maintenance. I was there from 9 am until 12:30 pm. The battery had to be replaced. I had to go looking for my service advisor to find out what was going on. Matt Workman was no where to be found and my car had been ready and sitting on the driveway for 30 minutes! My lease is expiring at the end of this month. I assure you I will never do business with MBPlano or lease another Mercedes. It was a most unsatisfactory experience. On a scale on 0-10, I will give them a 0. XP More
