All around great service at MB Plano from Sales through the Service Department. Most recent experience was with Service where I had an issue over the weekend. I’ve used this dealership for 7 years and could not be more satisfied with the service I get here. I use service more than any other dept., but rarely have to take the car in except for regular service on more satisfied with the service I get here. I can reserve a loaner car if necessary. Service is timely and the car is delivered back to me freshly washed every time. More

Took my car to the dealership. The tech repair the issue but damaged the door panel. The dealer keep the car for two weeks then told me that I would have to wait 6 months for a part. During the 2wks I only got a update after I first call. Keep in mind that this was damaged caused by the dealer. I requested a call from the service manager Daniel Adam but never received a callback. The tech damaged left door panel. The door panel installed was a different color yet it was installed and not notice by the advisor or the tech. The advisor has offered no concessions. I plan to escalate this up and including BBB, Mercedes-Benz of North America and social media. More
