I bought my car new from this dealer in 2006 with it was known as Ewing Mercedes. Over the years I perceive their customer service has declined. The last time I scheduled my car for service I got the known as Ewing Mercedes. Over the years I perceive their customer service has declined. The last time I scheduled my car for service I got the impression that they would prefer I have the car serviced elsewhere. I scheduled a oil change and when I arrived at the dealership the service advisor asked, in a tone suggesting that I may be getting ready to make a major mistake, "Just so you know, we charge $170.00 for an oil change, is that ok?". They had changed the oil for the past 13 years, but his tone made me question if that had been a major mistake. I asked if he would suggest I take it somewhere else and he suggested an independent service shop. So I left. Guess I have learned a lesson. More
