I was pleased with all personnel I interacted with. My appointment was for 2:00 and they stated the work would be done at 4:00. It was actually done at 4:08 because I watched them drive the car out the b appointment was for 2:00 and they stated the work would be done at 4:00. It was actually done at 4:08 because I watched them drive the car out the back door to be washed. My mistake to say “yes” when asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash. 4:30. No car. 4:45. No car. 5:00. No car. It was then that I went and told Ben that I needed to get my car and get it now. Ben immediately put the paperwork together then went and got my car himself. I exited the dealership at 5:15. I will NEVER get a carwash again. TOTALLY unacceptable to have to wait for over and hour AFTER the car work is completed. More
