I was finally contacted by MB Plano and they set up an appt for me. While MB Plano finally contacted me and the vehicle was brought in for service, the issue was not corrected and when I contacted MB Plano the service representative said he would talk with his people and get back to me. I am still waiting. Clearly, customer service, is not very high on MB Plano's list.
