My overall experience was excellent. Jay was very helpful. Communication was great. Quick turnaround. Everything went smoothly from setting up my appt, dropping off my vehicle to picking Jay was very helpful. Communication was great. Quick turnaround. I have a Mercedes service center close to my house but I will be driving the 25 min drive to the Plano location from now on. 100% better customer service at the Plano location than the location close to my house. Just appreciate Jay and the Tech who's been working on my 2008 ML350. They recommend critical fixes to keep me safe but don't over recommend.
