No loaner available when I am dropping off my 150k car on a Monday. I have a BMW and they always have one available for me. Kept my car for 4 days for a check engine light and didn’t have a tech available to a Monday. I have a BMW and they always have one available for me. Kept my car for 4 days for a check engine light and didn’t have a tech available to look at it. I kept calling and asking when the car will be ready, they couldn’t answer. 4 days later told me there was no issue found had to reset and update software. Car was dirty with black stains on seat probably from Tech sitting on it for test drive. Didn’t wash outside of car. Worse service from a luxury car dealership. Will be selling the Mercedes and buying another BMW. More
