After buying a brand new car from this dealership, I had 5 flat tires on the same wheel, within 10k miles and a year of the purchase. On walking in to complain after it was getting out of hand, I was met 5 flat tires on the same wheel, within 10k miles and a year of the purchase. On walking in to complain after it was getting out of hand, I was met with a manager who was trying to dismiss the case as usual and expected without even looking at the car. He cut me off, was rude and absolved himself and Mercedes of any responsibility. Its very unexpected to get this quality of product and subsequent treatment from a world renowned brand. Their lack of eagerness to even look into this case was surprisingly dissatisfying. Im not able to drive my Mercedes without being worried it’ll go flat on me and thats really something I didn’t expect when buying it. STAY AWAY FROM SPLURGING YOUR MONEY HERE More
