My boyfriend actually leased a car with Jeff's help 2 weeks ago and had nothing but good things to say. He had emailed Jeff about a car I was interested in and forwarded me his contact information. I gave Jeff a call while I was getting my morning coffee and my new car was ready for pick up before the end of the work day! I was in and out of the dealership within and hour - which is priceless! My parents and I showed up with the expectation of only purchasing 1 car and we came home with 2! Jeff and his team that helped us couldn’t be any more greater. The MB Paramus dealership stunned me in first impression. Massive and modern interior. Lucky me, Jieun was the sales expert who was able to convince me of giving up other brands and pursuing another MB on the spot, by clarifying the old GLE return process, pros and cons of all options, providing huge discounts, and showing all the available GLA, GLC and GLE vehicles. Millions of questions were answered and all corners covered. Extremely happy with the visiting process. In end of the day, took a 2018 GLE back home. Yes, same model, just 2 years newer and better, for 3 more years. Exciting! More
