Agreed to purchase a used car from Paramus Mercedes. Leave work early during a snowstorm to clean out my trade to bring it over for final appraisal and to finalize purchase. This makes no sense since they are a business, and they would have certainly made more selling it retail. The dealer said that will not hold a car but no one at this dealership had the common courtesy to call or email me to tell me if I want it get here now. I hope for their sake Paramus Mercedes treats their new car customers better. More

Just left this place with a very bad taste in my mouth. I purchased my G-wagon here over a two year ago and was extremely happy with my vehicle so when I got a call 3 months ago from Adam Momtaheni about b I purchased my G-wagon here over a two year ago and was extremely happy with my vehicle so when I got a call 3 months ago from Adam Momtaheni about brand new model coming to their dealership I decided to upgrade. I left a deposit right away. I wanted to know roughly what my trade in value will be however Adam won’t give that information over the phone. With a busy schedule and living 350 miles away I found the opportunity to come in and I WAS SHOCKED with a lowball offer from them. I wasn’t asking any discounts on the new model. I was upfront with my expectations and at the end of the day I just wanted to get a fair price on my trade that I bought form them. Also I wanted to feel good about spending nearly $200k on the vehicle. Well that didn’t happen. I feel like dealership was trying to take advantage of me. They won’t even take my offer in to consideration so they lost my business and their reputation. More
