I have been exposed to countless car dealers and sales people over past 30 years, and I can confidently sa I just purchased a car at Paramus Mercedes. I have been exposed to countless car dealers and sales people over past 30 years, and I can confidently say that this was by far the best car buying experience. The staff is professional, honest, courteous, and highly efficient. All negotiations on the price etc were done over the phone within 30 min or so (and I got a very good deal), so I just drove to Paramus a couple of days later to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car. I must specifically mention the name of the sales person whom I worked with - Richard Leonardo. This gentlemen demonstrated outstanding performance, he is certainly by far the best car salesman in my experience - extremely efficient, excellent and quick responder, honest and helpful. I strongly recommend this dealership, and if you decide to go there for a car, ask for Richard Leonardo - you will not be disappointed! More

I have purchased 5000 $ extended warranty unlimited mile for 2 years . I had axle and cat problem , I went there 2 times but they said after 80 thousand mile they don’t replace cat and axle was my fault . for 2 years . I asked them one part they said after i pay 190 dollars they can tell me on warranty or not . They said they have to check the car first and than they can tell me on warranty or not . I wanted to talk to manager he didn’t even talk to me . After 50 thousand mile you have definitely no extended warranty . They will find an excuse for not the fix the car . Dont even think to buy about the extended warranty. You will waste your money and get stres . It is all about lie and game when they are selling car . I traded my S550 and I bought lincoln continental . And I will never ever buy benz again because of this dealership and servis . More
