Just wanted to wright out this review about the amazing service we received while here at prestige Mercedes Benz , and the salesman who made it happen. Just happens to be our 3rd Mercedes that we purchased here , and all sales went perfect We upgraded our lease of a 2012 C 300, to a 2014 E 350 coupe,and all I have to say on that is... What a machine!!! This car has everything we want and more, and it just screams CLASS.. I can definitely say this was the right purchase, at the right time and of course with the right salesman.... Mr.Jamali Howell. They need more salesman like him, and less of the stuffy old suits.. We loved that Jamali listened to our needs, wants, and showed us all the options we had available to make it possible and still comfortable enough on the payments to drive this amazing machine. Jamali didn't try to push us into any sort of payments that we would not be able to afford, He was straight forward about everything, was quick at processing the paperwork, and always with a smile and great manners.. And as long as he is a salesman at this dealership, he will be our go to man. We look forward in the coming weeks to come back to prestige to purchase our son his first car, and Jamali will be our salesman. He is a great asset to prestige, and a really cool, great salesman. We had a Wonderful experience working with Ken Shattuck. We visited and he gave us time and excellent advice!!! I leased a Mercedes C300 from Anthony Amelio of Prestige Motors and I had a terrific experience. Anthony was very professional and personable. I had never leased a car before, let alone a Mercedes, and An Motors and I had a terrific experience. Anthony was very professional and personable. I had never leased a car before, let alone a Mercedes, and Anthony walked me through the process from start to finish. He first took me for a test drive, explained thoroughly all of the features of the C300, and answered all of my questions. After the test drive, we sat down and he offered me a great deal right from the start, of which I was very happy. He and his colleagues carefully walked me through the contract and I signed it that day. I wanted a C300 with certain features and color, and I preferred to obtain it that day. Anthony found what I wanted at one of Prestige’s off-site facilities, and he told me that it could delivered to the dealership that day. I chose to wait for the car as I wanted to drive it off the lot. During my wait, Anthony ensured that I was comfortable and he constantly checked-in with me. When the car was delivered, Anthony stayed after his normal hours to make sure that it was prepped properly, that the paperwork and tags were in order, and that I was satisfied with the car. I was indeed very happy with the car, but even more happy with the care that Anthony exhibited. I am grateful for Anthony, his knowledge, and his great service. When my current lease expires, I will definitely be seeing Anthony again to purchase or lease another Mercedes, and will strongly recommend him to others. Ken was great to work with. I was able to come to the dealership in the morning, and drive away with my car that same day.
