The worst experience I ever had. I have a lease coming due in 2 months and went in to test drive the new C Class and everything was going great until I had the unfortunate luck to be introduced to Jeffrey Aitken. I don't understand how he could possibly be a Sales Manager. He was the rudest and most arrogant individual I have ever met. He has absolutely no people skills. I will try to warn everyone I know to stay away from this place. More

We were both taken by our standout experience at Prestige. Prestige has obviously invested a lot in their corporate culture and customer experience to the point where our experience was so pleasant and unique that I felt obligated to share it. The person who greeted us at the front door was attentive, always helpful, and remembered our name every time we walked through the door. Our salesperson, Phil Campbell, could not have been more knowledgable, collaborative, and eager to find us the right vehicle at the best price. He found a discount for us offered by our insurance company that we didn't even know existed. This is a great dealership with great products attracting top employees. It would be a mistake not to make the trip to Prestige when shopping for a Mercedes. More

This was the one that offered the best pricing. In addition, both employees I had the opportunity to work with we're very professional, up front and a pleasure to work with, so much so that I did lease a new Mercedes. Happy Customer I walked in to the dealership looking to look at their stock of Certified Preowned GLK's and walked out with a brand new GLK with the exact specs I wa I walked in to the dealership looking to look at their stock of Certified Preowned GLK's and walked out with a brand new GLK with the exact specs I was looking for, at (about) the same price as a 2013 CPO with low miles. The experience from start to finish was excellent and my MB representative, Ken Shattuck, provided incredible service. He was honest, thorough, patient (I was firm on a fair price), and provided incredible customer service even after I bought the car. He even agreed to drive the car to my office to deliver it to me the day after I purchased it (about 70 miles each way)! I have recommended that my friends and family visit the dealership solely based on the service provided by Ken, Kris Los, and other managers who stopped by to say hello. To me, purchasing a luxury vehicle is more than just having a nice car to drive. It comes with an expectation for impeccable service which I had in my previous Lexus and hoped to find with a MB purchase. Overall, very happy! More
