My husband and I have been on a long search for the perfect vehicle to usher us into the luxury car market. After an enormous amount of research, we knew we would end up with either a BMW or a Mercedes. We spent many hours over a period of a couple months trying to ensure we would make the right decision. Karl was at our side for so much of the process - no pressure, just providing an enormous amount of information, advising us of new models coming up, making us feel like “one of the family”. He was personable and funny, warm and welcoming and displayed endless patience with our never-ending questions. Our son owns a Mercedes, leased through Karl, and he knew we would be impressed with his level of service and all around professionalism.
