Great Service Went yesterday to see about trading my 2013 C class six months early for a 2016 C class. Didn't think I was going to do the deal yesterday but today I picked up my new car. I have been driving MERCEDES' since the 1980's. My first car I used another dealer nether switched to Pestige. I love this dealership. They know how to treat their customers. I rate them 5 stars for that reason. When my tires are a little low, I go in and they put air in and while I am there I get the car washed. The salesman, Robert Kant was terrific yesterday and today when I came in. Paperwork was organized and orderly. Giancarlo Sapalasan showed me the workings of the car with expertise and patience. Brian Blum the financial director explained clearly the leasing end of the deal. Voila, I have a new beautiful MERCEDES. More
