I had my 2013 SL550 for service & warrenty items & they were terrific. My advisor Drew Wright was great. I must have called him several times a day for progress reports & he took every call and answered all my emails. I'm a pretty tough customer & they took very good care of me. It's the personal relationship I have w Drew Wright, Mike P & Richie Nelson that make servicing my car their a no brainer. The best part is picking up your car there in a timely fashion & it looking like it just came out of the showroom. All cleaned & shiny. Frank Nolan the service director is the best. He jumps in if needed & greets you when you walk into the service Dept. I buy my cars there mostly cause of the service dept. I was completely new to that place so I wasn't sure where I can go take a look at CLA 250. Joe was giving me attitude and talking to me when chewing a gum which I can hear the sound of chewing! I feel that because I was wearing sneakers and sporty outfit, I think he sees me as a young stupid kid who just fools around here. However, I left and then found Jeff Chun on google review and lots of people said he's a awesome dealer. I then called him and make a schedule with him to see the car but now I have moved on from CLA to C300, I have changed my mind and canceled the test drive several times and Jeff didn't even show me any attitude at all !! Finally we have negotiated the price and the car and I was about to take the car home, but I suddenly saw the interior color and really didn't like the color at all, I then turned to him and said sorry this is not the interior color I want, and I know it was my mistake and I thought he would be a little annoyed by me. BUT he didn't! He then said I thought this is the color you want, but it's okay what color do you like? and then I said I like black interior. He then found the car I like and have the package that I like and FOUND THE PRICE I LIKE which I think readers would want to know the most. I would definitely recommend Jeff Chun, because the way he handles clients are very professional and he can definitely help you to get the price that fits in your budget. BTW, I admitted that I did look like a young kid who's searching for a car there, but Jeff Chun still helped me in a professional way without being to pushy and gives you the time to think and even held the car you were thinking in case someone sells the car. The conclusion is Jeff Chun is really the best dealer that I have ever met, I worked in a media company and do lots of review works when any work or project has completed. so if I have experience something bad I will definitely speak out on the review, but Jeff Chun gave me 100% satisfaction and even called me three days after just to see if there is any concern or issue I have.
