Oscar was very patient and made sure that I purchased the car that suite my needs. This is the 7th car that I had purchased from Presige in the last 8 years. My only suggestion is that Prestige re-evalute there cilajet policy. I was told that I had to purchase the cilajet wax protection product, because it is on all the cars. I feel that customers should have a option to purchase a product outside of the sticker price of a car. I feel that cilajet is no different from the old under carriage coating option. During the whole process both Harrison and Jeff presented in a very professional manners to close the deal quickly with 30 minutes (initial numbers to negotiated number). The total time spent in the showroom should not exceed 60 minute. Next Monday, presented check and took delivery of MB S550. The best of my experience working with these people, they did not hesitate to show or provide any information to make us happy even to change vehicle if request so. Excellent!!!
