I made a number of unreturned calls until finally getting a call on Friday from service rep. More
Terrible, Terrible and Terrible Your service was terrible. It was emotionally disruptive, negligent and costly. This is the third survey I am filling out about this, by the way. It Your service was terrible. It was emotionally disruptive, negligent and costly. This is the third survey I am filling out about this, by the way. It took months before a service appointment was available. Even though I had an emergency concern about the car, I was told I couldn't even drop it off, even when I offered to do this without having a loaner, and getting back and forth by Uber at my own expense. I was told that no further help could be provided. No calls were returned. At the end of months of seeking help, some of the work wasn't even completed to satisfaction. Amazing!!! After dropping the car off for routine maintenance, tire replacement and very minor body touch up work,there followed over two weeks of radio silence, without any contact before I heard about the car's status at all. The work was supposed to take 3-4 days. The work eventually took over three weeks. Everyone I spoke to was complaining about the new management and how many people were being fired and what an awful workplace it was. I began calling the dealership a week before I returned the car explaining that I had to go to Europe for work, and that if the work wasn't done by Tuesday, June 21st, I would not be in the country to return the loaner. Only on the morning of Wednesday June 22nd did I finally begin receiving calls confirming that I could pick up the car, and these calls were rude, threatening and pressuring me to return the car or face over a thousand dollars of loaner fees. My original service rep never called me back. I rearranged my entire travel schedule to accommodate your dealership and nobody even really seemed to care. The entire experience was harrowing, disgusting, and involved incompetence and employees who openly disdained their management and the customers. This dealership's service department seemed like a ship on fire. I have been a customer of this dealership since 2005 and currently lease two vehicles from you. I intend to end my relationship with this dealership as soon as I can, and even intend to stop leasing or buying mercedes vehicles. I am disgusted. This was not a service experience, it was an harassment experience. I intend to spread the word about how bad this dealership is. More
