I have particularly enjoyed working with Jenna Paine in solving my problems in having my Mercedes passed for this year's Smog Test. It took at least 10 visits to be tested by The Smog Test and told my Mer solving my problems in having my Mercedes passed for this year's Smog Test. After spending $2,500 for new equipment, the car still failed. Jenna Paine offered to have my car processed by your employees and eventually it passed at a Smog check close to Palm Springs. I was unhappy that you were unable to provide the new parts when I asked for Mercedes assistance. Jenna recommended a firm that could do that. More

They sent a technician to the location of my car to run some diagnostic tests. Once that was done I scheduled service which was easy &the scheduler was pleasant. Bought a beautiful 2024 EQ350+ but unfortunately it does not come with charging cables. I was unable to use my car until I purchase cables.
