It’s hard to understand how Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs can say that they know we have choices where we can get our cars serviced when they are the ONLY Mercedes Benz house in the Coachella Valley. Another can say that they know we have choices where we can get our cars serviced when they are the ONLY Mercedes Benz house in the Coachella Valley. Another thing I find curious is that they ask you to call them if you have less than good feed back, they even provided the phone number to call...but they sign the the letter “Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs”. So WHO am I supposed to call? Nobody wants to step up and be responsible. Empty words. They don’t REALLY care or someone would put their name on the letter. More

Excellent service! We were traveling through during the beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown, trying to get home to Iowa with our Sprinter RV. We showed up at 7:30 am and they checked out the problem that m beginning of the Covid-19 shutdown, trying to get home to Iowa with our Sprinter RV. We showed up at 7:30 am and they checked out the problem that morning and ordered parts that were installed the following morning. We were on our way before noon the second day. Very professional and courteous, even washed our Sprinter van. More

This is a dealer that really cares about its customers I'm impressed with the dealership and it's service department overall, but even more impressed with the devotion the technicians and shop foreman have I'm impressed with the dealership and it's service department overall, but even more impressed with the devotion the technicians and shop foreman have to replicating, then repairing "intermittent" problems. These are the most frustrating to a consumer. They have repeatedly tracked down the issues with my vehicle, and done repairs. VERY impressive! Their Service Writers really listen to you! They are on YOUR side. The Shop Foreman even volunteered to drive my car home a couple of nights to replicate the intermittent problem - and he did - and they did repairs! So, I can give this recommendation as a great dealership that really cares about their customers satisfaction. More
