Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach is simply the best. I am now on my 9th new car from Mercedes Benz of Palm Beach. The new car sales manager, Bob Antonelli, is a no nonsense guy who always treats me fairly, with great respect and professionalism. Their deals cannot be matched. The dealership goes well beyond what would be normally expected to make sure that their customers are happy, and I could not be any happier with my new car, or the dealership. From the first time I called them to when I pulled out of the driveway with my new car, the team there was there for me. Bob Antonelli is the manager there and he is just fantastic. He is on it and how! I had several several questions for him about my lease return, about the new smarts, about a preowned car they had on the lot etc etc etc...and he answered all of them within minutes. Not once did he rush me. He was very patient and explained everything to me very well. I am very impressed to say the least. He really cared about his customers and takes a lot of pride in doing what he does. Laurie was my sales consultant and she was a pleasure to work with. She is very attentive and stood by my side the entire time. Very professional and knowledgeable as well. Daniel in the business office did a great job as well. He was very detailed with everything, triple checked all the paper work and made me feel very comfortable. Cheers to this amazing team! Just picked up my car from SERVICE...OMG Incompetent!!!!!!!! Incompetent is putting it mildly....Below is a conversation after my car was fixed to the tune of $1,475.35 today ME: This is the first time there Incompetent is putting it mildly....Below is a conversation after my car was fixed to the tune of $1,475.35 today ME: This is the first time there was ANY mention to me that the 'pulley' was cracked...You told me there were two other 'possible' repairs that may be needed other than the belt being replaced. You said the Fan and the pulley may need replacing. Indeed the fan needed to be replaced....you NEVER said the pulley was cracked until all the repairs were made and I came in to pay the bill!! Let me ask you firstly, for a $75 pulley why on earth didn't you tell me it was cracked, and secondly do you think after paying you over $1,400 a lousy $75 was going to make a difference to me! Outraged at this!!! You should have replaced the pulley!!! MERCEDES: It was determined that pulley was ok to reinstall. If you would like it to be replaced, we will do it for the cost of the part only. ME: You should all be ashamed of yourself at your dealership! Your inability to relay pertinent information regarding the repairs to my car are inexcusable! Any competent mechanic would say 'REPLACE' the pulley in light of the belt and fan being replaced, and more so because it's a pathetically small sum for the part ($75). Up until now your prior determinations between you Einstein's there had me THE CUSTOMER informed on what needs repairing and what potentially needs repairing....this time 'someone' decided heck with it its cracked but fine 'FOR NOW'...not only is that irresponsible, it's dangerous, and you know it's going to break soon anyway! Disgusting! And please refrain from calling me 'family' my family don't treat me this way!!!! ...yes they call you family...the NERVE!!...for a measly $75 'they' determined after all that work not to replace the pulley...why? because they want you back in a month or so when it breaks (dangerous BTW) and rip you off again for the labor, etc. You see, the bottom line is this...THEY DON'T REALLY CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER!!! I was in a Mercedes Lease and coming down to the last few months and a call / email to both and they were all about taking care of me! Brian the GM was very responsive with my emails, questions and even answered all of my concerns and assured me he will make it work! Fred was a true Champion! Took me around, worked with me and took extra steps to ensure I was happy! I will ALWAYS go here! They made me a customer for LIFE!! More
Do not buy from here! If there was a zero star rating I would use that because I feel one star is too high of a rating for this dealer. I purchased a 2010 CPO E350 from Cody Hood at MB Palm Beach with 38,886 miles in August of 2014 using the MB CPO website and had the vehicle shipped to me. All I can say is that the second the car was unloaded there were OBVIOUS problems and the vehicle was not in the condition that was represented in the CPO certification paper work, as Cody described it on the phone, or from what I expect from Mercedes having owned 2 prior MBs. Here are just the items I noted when I took possession of the vehicle off the car carrier: Rear bumper paint bubbled over a large section showing signs of bad repair and paint All 4 rims scuffed and scratched (I was told they would all be fixed) Key less go button missing Cigarette lighter missing First Aid kit missing Drive seat leather torn Dirty interior controls handles and stalks Embraced module not active I immediately called Cody to report all of the issued with the vehicle and emailed him pictures and all of my concerns. From that point forward Pre Owned Manager Russell Hood (Cody's father) handled the situation and arranged for all of the items to be fixed. Mind you it was up to me to take my time and bring the vehicle to each vendor to have all of the paint and refinish work done along with the visit to the dealer to reprogram software and to pay for these items and then wait to be reimbursed by MB of Palm Beach. While I am thankful these items were taken care of you can see why I would immediately be skeptical if a CPO inspection was even done on this vehicle since ALL of the above items are listed as being checked and completed as part of the CPO inspection that I was sent on this car prior to purchase. Since initial delivery I have placed 6500 miles on this vehicle and noticed the following: -Driver seat broken (429 miles since delivery $2230 to replace) -New wipers needed (2000 miles since delivery) -Strut repair (2778 miles since delivery) -Defective belt tensioner (2778 miles since delivery) -40,000 mile service needed (4457 miles since delivery- THIS SERVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AS PART OF THE CPO INSPECTION -only and oil change and transmission service was completed in the service records provided to me NO complete 40,000 mile service was preformed per the certification requirements of MBUSA. -4 mm of rear brake left should be changed at 3 mm (6501 miles since delivery inconsistent with what stated measurements (7 mm at purchases) and expected life of pads for this vehicle and previous experience with other E class) As you can see this is quite a long list of items many of which were shown as completed on the CPO inspection report. This would make ANY buyer wonder if this car actually did even go thorough and inspection given the amount of items missed. I have repeatedly asked MB USA to have this car re inspected and based on communication with the dealer they assured me that this car was inspected and that the dealer did indeed do the inspection. How this can be I do not know as there are glaring discrepancies and numerous items missed but I can only assume this is a classic case of protect your own and MB will protect the dealer and believe anything they are told. After going back and forth with MBUSA and demanding the car be recertified for a year I sent one final demand to Russell Hood at MB Palm Beach. After accusing me of extortion he laughed and said good luck getting MBUSA to do anything for me and said that he would pass my concerns and demand along to members of management. After no reply for over a week I had to call Russell myself and he informed me that the car had been certified and the MB Palm Beach had done all that they were going to do. Here is my review and my story. It is true and accurate. I'm sure that the reply for MB Palm Beach, if any, will say that the car was certified and that they did fix some things, which they did, but I ask you the customer to decide if you would buy a car here. I know I would not! More

Their sales and service people are exceptional and I commend them for their commitment to excellence. Not only is Bruce a friendly guy, he's got time for personal conversation and gives a warm sense of genuine caring. NOTHING you do at a Mercedes-Benz dealership is cheap; so having the right experience is key. Being in Palm Beach amplifies that sensation even further. Again, Bruce is phenomenal, made sure I was provided with transportation to leave, called me upon completion and explained the services done when I returned. I shared with him what I knew about my car, what I intended to do, he made the proper notes and no one was a "salesmen". I truly enjoyed my visit to service at Mercedes Palm Beach and love my Mercedes E-Class ever more!!!! More
