Even though we ourselves would like to complete the service to a vehicle sooner than later, we are subject to and therefore our customers are subject to parts delays due to holiday scehdules of the manufacturer and associated distribution network. All manufacturers and their dealers experience the same problem at times. We would be happy to have you meet personally with our Service Manager so the brakes and steering can be evaluated. Nick, thank you for your kind words towards me BUT it is very disappointing to see your review about your experience. As I has stated to you, I support your right to have your own feelings but as always, there are 2 sides to every story. The fact is that you purchased a vehicle from an outside Used Car Dealer that was out of warranty. You came to our dealership and our service management was extremely fair by convincing Mercedes-Benz to provide a "goodwill" adjustment and then Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach absorbed the additional dollars to provide you a very small participation from yourself. This was the first service you speak of. Now, several months later and several thousand miles later, your car has a similar problem in a different area. Again, Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach offered you an extremely fair concession on the price but not the same as previous becuase it is a different time and a different issue. The proverbial "open checkbook" cannot continue. I truly wish you the best and I hope the other dealer or dealers can satisfy your expectations. Bob Antonelli Manager
