Bob's knowledge of the Mercedes product past and present was impeccable and impressive. It was without a doubt the best sales presentation I ever experienced. I opted for a C300/2017. On pick up day, I had additional superb assistance with my salesman, Thomas Pruitt, business manager,Tyler Shagi and Eric Moreno who patiently introduced me to the mechanical and technical aspects of the new car.
