SHODDY WORK, GOT CAR BACK (W/ LOOSE PARTS, (UNDER THE HOOD) (I AM DISGUSTED) I BROUGHT MY 2017 C300 2DR COUPE IN BECAUSE AC WAS BLOWING (HOT AIR). ALSO A SAFETY RECALL (SEATS). ON 06/14/2019 (A FRIDAY) I RECEIV (I AM DISGUSTED) I BROUGHT MY 2017 C300 2DR COUPE IN BECAUSE AC WAS BLOWING (HOT AIR). ALSO A SAFETY RECALL (SEATS). ON 06/14/2019 (A FRIDAY) I RECEIVED A TEXT ON THAT SATURDAY, STATING THEY NEEDED TO ORDER PARTS. I BELIEVE THAT PART CAME IN ON TUESDAY, 6/18 19. I CALLED THAT DAY AND WAS CURIOUS HOW LONG (APPROX. THIS WOULD TAKE) IT TURNED THEY NEEDED MORE PARTS (THAT I WAS TOLD). I SPOKE TO MY SERVICE MNGR. AND SAID THE $30.00 A DAY FOR THAT LOANER, (IS ADDING UP). CRAIG SAID DO NOT WORRY (I WILL TAKE OF IT). OK GOOD! I HAD DRIVEN THERE ON I BELIEVE, WED.6/19/19 OR THURS. 6/20/19, CRAIG I WAS TOLD WAS AT A FAMILY FUNCTION, AND WOULD NOT BE IN UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY!. I SPOKE WITH A DIFFERENT MAN THERE AND HE SAID THEY HAD TO ORDER (MORE PARTS). OK, I WAS TOLD THEY (HAD EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED). GREAT NOW THEY CAN PUT MY CAR BACK TOGETHER, SO I CAN GET IT BACK. I WAS TOLD TO CALL OR TEXT FRIDAY 6/20/19. I WAS NOT FAR FROM THE DEALER, SO I DROPPED IN. I WAS TOLD THE CAR (SHOULD BE READY ON THAT FRIDAY). I ASKED IF HE COULD PLS. TEXT ME (EITHER WAY) TO HIS CREDIT HE DID. HE SAID (THE CAR IS DONE, COME AND GET IT), AT THAT TIME I WAS IN A BUSINESS MEETING AND I WOULD BE THERE (FIRST THIND SAT. MORNING. 6/22/19) HE SAID FINE (NO PROBLEM). I SHOWED UP EARLY (7ISH AM) THE MAN GOT MY CAR, HE DID WASH OR RINSE (THE OUTSIDE). I WAS HAPPY TO HAVE MY CAR BACK!!! DROP OFF 6/14/19 P/U 6/22/19. (A LONG TIME) INSIDE (THE CAR WAS FILTHY). I HAD A BUSY DAY PLANNED!!! ANYWAY SUNDAY EARLY AM, I DECIDED TO CLEAN IT (THE WAY I LIKE IT) USING THE VACUUM, I NOTICED UNDER THE DRIVER SEAT THERE WAS (NO POUCH) (THE WIRING AND HARNESSES FIT INTO). WHAT WAS THERE WAS LOOSE WIRES OR AS I CALL IT (SPAGHETTI). THAT SERIOUSLY UPSET ME!!!, NOT TO MENTION THE CARD WITH THE JOB# ON IT WAS CRUMBLED UP UNDER THE PASSENGER SEAT!!! (A FEW DAYS AFTER THAT), I WENT TO CHECK THE OIL. I DID NOT BELIEVE WHAT I SAW!!! (ALL THE PLASTIC COVERS THAT PROTECT (THE AC AND OTHER COMPONENTS) WERE (NOT EVEN ATTACHED!!!!!!!). THAT'S RIGHT (JUST LAYING THERE). (WHAT IF THIS WAS YOUR CAR?) THE PLASTIC PIECE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, (THE SIDE OF THE WINDSHIELD, WAS SIMPLY LAYING OR RESTING ON THE WINDSHIELD WIPER! I AM AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN A BLUE COLLAR GUY, I DID LOCK 3 OUT OF THE 4 LOCKING MECHANISMS, HOWEVER, THE LAST ONE, (BY THE PASS. SIDE WOULD NOT FIT IN?. I WAS FUMING, I WANTED TO CALL, TEXT, GO DOWN THERE!! (ALL OF THE ABOVE) (TRUST ME NO ONE THERE WOULD WANT ME THERE THE WAY I WAS FEELING) I WAITED AND WAITED ALSO WATCHED.THE LOOSE PIECE. ONE MONTH LATER (AFTER FRIENDS SAID TO CALL OR TEXT, I DECIDED TO GO THERE MYSELF!!. FEELING CONFIDENT THAT AN ARGUEMENT WOULD NOT BREAK OUT! (ALSO KNOWING THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO SEE IT FOR THEMSELVES). I APPROACHED CRAIG AND TOLD HIM, I HAD PARKED THE CAR A LITTLE BIT OF A DISTANCE. (FOR PRIVACY OF THE CONVERSATION).CRAIG SAW IT AND SAID BRING IT TO THE FRONT, SO A TECH. CAN LOOK AT IT. HE SAID THAT THE REASON IT WAS NOT LOCKING INTO PLACE WAS BECAUSE (IT SUPPOSED TO BE ATTACHED TO THE WINDSHIELD). (IT WAS NOTLOOSE BEFORE I BROUGHT IT TO THEM!!). HE ALSO SAID (THE REMEDY WAS TO GET A NEW WINDSHIELD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). WITH THE PART THAT SECURES THIS PIECE. THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD ORDER THE PART. I TEXTED MONDAY 7/22/19 AND DID NOT GET A RESPONCE, SO I TRIED TUESDAY THE 23 RD. HE SAID (IT WAS GOING TO TAKE WEEKS TO GET) (IT WAS COMING FROM GERMANY!!!) ( W T F ). YOU HAVE AN AUTOBODY SHOP (ON SITE) IT IS A 2017 C300 2DR COUPE. WHAT KIND OF GARBAGE ARE YOUS RUNNING?. CRAIG ALSO SAID (I CAN LEAVE IT LIKE THAT). WOULD YOU WANT TO LEAVE YOUR CAR LIKE THAT???? (THE CAR DID NOT SHOW UP THERE WITH ANY LOOSE PARTS)!!!!! THE LOANER CAR COST $240.00 (THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO TAKE CARE OF) I SPOKE TO ENTERPRISE AND WE AGGREED TO 1/2 $119.96 (I DO NOT BELIEVE I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING), DUE TO (I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM HAVING THE CAR AS LONG AS THEY DID), I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED THE OTHER 1/2 $119.96. I ALSO POINTED OUT TO CRAIG THAT A (SCRAPE OR SCRATCH) WAS THERE FROM THE PREVIOUS VISIT!!!!! (I SENT PICS) DO YOU PEOPLE HAVE ANYONE RESPONSIBLE FOR (CHECKING THAT A CAR IS TRULY DONE) BEFORE RETURNING IT TO THE CUSTOMER? (THE MECHANIC OR WHOEVER PUT THAT BACK TOGETHER KNEW IT WAS WRONG) WAS ANYTHING SAID? TO MAYBE A SUPERVISOR? OR SOMEONE IN CHARGE?. I SAID IT WAS A MONTH BEFORE I WENT BACK WITH THE CAR! (PLENTY OF TIME TO RECEIVE A TEXT, PHONE CALL, LETTER!. SOMETHING THAT ASSURES (THIS CUSTOMER). THAT OPTIONS ARE BEING LOOKED AT TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION. (A WHOLE MONTH NOTHING) I BELIEVE THAT I WOULD HAVE BETTER ODDS (HITTING MEGA MILLIONS) TEAN GETTING CORRESPONDENCE FROM YOU. YOU PEOPLE THERE ARE (NOT PROFFESSIONAL) REMEDIES, MAYBE TO CONSIDER! I WOULD LIKE TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THAT $119.96. I WOULD ALSO LIKT YOU TO FIX THAT PLASTIC PIECE, ( YES THE SAME ONE THAT WAS SECURED WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN ON 6/14/19) IF I REALLY DO NEED A WINDSHIELD, (I DO NOT BELIEVE I DO) (WHY IN THE xxxx WOULD IT HAVE TO COME FROM GERMANY) (MERCEDES BENZ) IS A NAME YOU SUPPOSED TO BE ABLE TO TRUST!!!!!!!!, ALSO (A REPUTATION OF EXCELLENCE). Un-necessary work quoted I brought my 2018 SL450 to have the front distronic star replaced due to a slight crack in the outer rim. The quote was approximately $200 for the part and $500 for labor including removal and replacement of the bumper. Not happy with the amount, I took the vehicle to Mercedes Benz of Delray Beach for the same issue. Their quote was approximately $250 for the part and installed it while I waited at no charge (and couldn’t have been nicer!) BEWARE... not all dealers are created equal!!! More

Service lacked follow up to customers. to begin by saying all my cars are mercedes love everything about them .my 2011 c63 had a brake module problem which my mercedes mechanic could not do to begin by saying all my cars are mercedes love everything about them .my 2011 c63 had a brake module problem which my mercedes mechanic could not do because it had to be programmed (dealer).took the car to mercedes of palm beach left it there for 4 days for a one day fix got the car late friday evening after calling day after day to see the progress story was they shipped the part and it hasnt arrived 4days shipper from within USA ,ok i went with that story got the car $2255.76 later was told my wheels need balancing my rotors are wearing etc not a problem when i took the car in .on driving the car home the brakes was pulsating steering was uncontrollably,called my service writer and complained kept on getting the same answer they know nothing about that (really frustrating) i took the blow but would not ever take my cars to them ever More
