Generally speaking I don't like or enjoy leaving bad reviews for businesses as every organization has ups and downs but my experience at this one was so bad I feel it warranted one. I phoned ahead to Mercedes-Benz of Palm Beach to test drive two MB models that interested me. I usually stick to Audi or BMW but felt like a change after seeing some articles in popular car magazines. They were fine over the phone and a salesman who I will not call out publicly told me to ask for him. It's a lovely building but soon after arrival things went wrong. I specifically said I wanted to drive a vehicle with a particular inside color and was denied, being told "they all drive the same" Not a friendly response but fair enough. Nice vehicles, I asked some basic questions but the salesman couldn't be bothered to answer them. Judging by reviews here of this person extolling his knowledge and attentiveness he simply could not be bothered. Without getting into a long winded review of how bad this experience was and to sum up I was treated like a nuisance not like a customer, none of the basic questions were not asked of me either, like when do I plan on buying, lease or finance. I do tend to buy smaller more loaded vehicles and the salesman informed me that we don't order loaded "low-end vehicles because those buyers don't want to spend". Message received. In conclusion I was treated like a pest not a customer and I will not be back, moreover I will shout from the rooftops to my friends and clients and family to never even think of going to this dealership. Based on some of the reviews of the service department both here and on Google perhaps I dodged a bullet. Nonetheless the worst car shopping experience to date in an industry known for being unpleasant and stressful. Perhaps I'll stick with Audi who treats me like a customer. More

seems hungry for money, lack of integrity, very dishonest, I brought my 3019 mercades C63s to the dealership to get a key replacement. it was the biggest mistake to mention that I may want a rear dishonest, I brought my 3019 mercades C63s to the dealership to get a key replacement. it was the biggest mistake to mention that I may want a rear wheel alignment, however i did not confirm the go ahead to Paulo the salesman or whatever he is because he was off for the labor day weekend any way to replace a key does not warrant the movement of the vehicle from where it's parked or so the manager say. earlier today we received video text from paulos, I saw a guy underneath the car doing points inspection this wasn't authorized by me, anyway he noted a few things may need attention for example a bent tie rod, I am more than certain that I had no such issue because I was recently under my car inspecting all those things. I told him on the phone that I will only require the replacement keys. I collected the car and drove off first to notice my steering wheel crooked, the car dragging to the left this wasn't so before, I returned immediately to the dealer and complained about the issues I was having with the car and that my front drivers side tie rods was bent and I am sure it wasn't bent when we delivered the car there because I personally inspected the handling of my car since it was picked up and delivered to the dealership. (perfectly). and I will vouch for that tow truck driver. however what know really happened is that the mercades Benz dealership employees dragged my car to the lift by way of a sling or something because there was no key available yet to start the car to remove it thereby bending the tie rod and refuse to correct their blunder. manager 1 , 2 and 3 has no integrity nor honesty not even to check back on their video recording to see what really happened but thank God we got laws in our Country, I will urge them to not erase the video footage More
I had a terrible experience with this dealershp. The car I purchased was a current year model 2022, and it had 2800 miles. It was not a cheap vechicle, I paid them $77,000 for it. I didn't know it at the time but the car had a bumper problem, There was a 1/2 inch egap between the bumper and fender. I noticed it the next morning after picking up the car the evening before. I called the dealership immediately and that's when the lies began. They took the position,“nothing was wrong with the car when you picked it up.” I heard this from the salesman, the sales manager, and the General Manager. I caught them in an embarrassing lie.whien I located the previous owner and he verified the bumper was torn off the car the day he traded the car in. It was only after they and been caught in a conspiracy of lies did they agree to pay for a new bumper. To make matters worse, they sold me a $1200 silicon finish on the car that had one applied 3 only months earlier. When I caught them in this lie, they could have done the right thing, but they didn't. They refused to reimburse me when it happened and they refused me again on December 21, 2023. This dealership is dishonest, and untrustworthy. Stay away, I repeat, stay away from this dealership. More
This dealership is consistently incompetent, unreasonable, & scammy in many ways, definitely avoid the body shop and General Manager. My car was there for body work and should have had a leaking fuel tank addressed in service, the fuel pump going out on the GLK is a known issue that is not wear & tear related. A fuel pump should last the life of a vehicle and they let me leave in a car they knew was unsafe to drive (I have a 2 year old in a carseat that sits right above where this is happening), all while they made no attempt to contact Mercedes to have this part covered. More

As I walked into the dealership, I was greeted as if I was a family member. Loved it.
