I have just bought my second Mercedes from R&H, and would not consider using another dealer, why change when the care you get is just about perfect. My service adviser Lisa Forbes, understands what "customer service" means, she is always there, listens to my needs, and as a result makes the normal pains of servicing a car a rather pleasant experience. My first car now has well over 150,000 miles on it but is in near perfect condition, why? because of the care R&H gives it. Even with that high mileage when there was a need for a major [$$$] repair John Marusiodis, the Service Director was right there to help absorb some of the cost, because that's the type of dealer R&H is. I have been a customer of R and H since 1993 and have never had a bad experience in either sales or service. I had to bring my car in for a quick repair and the parts were expedited by Rob and Tim. John who runs service made sure either Lisa or April was available to write the order and oversee the repair. They were both there to help not only schedule the car but set up a free loaner. Zack did the repair with his usual expertise and the car runs great. My car is an AMG and I have high expectations for it and will only allow R and H to work on it. I know there are AMG Centers around my State, but I have no need to go out of my way when Zack and Rob can handle any issue that arises. More
I bought 4 tires and had them installed on my 2007 ML 500 in December 2008. We had a blow out on one of the tires. When we were unable to get the lug nut off, we went to a local auto shop who was also unable in December 2008. We had a blow out on one of the tires. When we were unable to get the lug nut off, we went to a local auto shop who was also unable to get the lug nut off and indicated that it was torqued too tight. There were able to finally remove it, but the lug broke off in the wheel assembly. R and H was all about saying that the damage repair would be around 1300.00 and would willingly put this in writing when they thought that the tires were purchased somewhere else. When they learned that they were purchased from their dealership and that their repair shop was responsible for too much torque applied, they "suddenly" didn't agree that it was the torque that was the problem...Of course!! We were hung with the bill!!! Buyer Beware. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER go there again and will encourage anyone that I know or meet to stay away from them!!! More
If there is a dealer that Mercedes Benz should pull, its this one... they are overpriced and poor quality of customer service. Poor communications are their specialty. I had my car towed into them, analyzed and they needed me to show up with $109 dollars for evaluation charges before they release the car - been a customer for 40 years!!! More
