R&H Motors accomodated me on Sat. of the Fourth of July weekend. I had only arrived in Baltimore the night before and my car wouldn't start once and then the battery light came on and remained on.I t July weekend. I had only arrived in Baltimore the night before and my car wouldn't start once and then the battery light came on and remained on.I thought I needed a battery replacement. R&H diagnosed the problem and in fact, the battery was fine but the crank sensor had failed. The car right there in the service area would not start. R&H provided me a loaner car. And on Tuesday July 5th I received a call that my car was repaired. The service staff was so attentive and competent...and all this on a holiday weekend. I would buy a car in a heart beat from this dealership just based on the way I was treated by their service personnel. More

All of the employess are friendly and helpful and Mr.Andre Goppy is an exceptional. He presents himself in a very professional manner and he is very knowledgeable. The R&H "Know Your Vehicle Treatment Plan" is the most helpful device I have every received regarding any vehicle. For the first time, I understand the service needs of my car. And further, there are graphics and explanations that show what the current conditions, and future expectations of the repairs/results. The environment at R&H Motor Cars is pleasent and inviting because every person there seems interested in making it a wonderful place to go with car problems "great or small." Purchasing a vehicle from R&AH has made it easy for me because beyond the purchase of the car is an excellent support system of maintenance to enhance the longevity of my investment. I am very impressed with this business. More
