Excellent Service Advisor I have known Andre Goppy since I purchased my vehicle in 2013. He is the reason why I keep coming back to have my car service at this location. What a Horrible Service Manager? This guy is just about as rude as a person could possibly be. The mechanics in the service department are UNDER-SKILLED and/or UNDER-TRAINED. No place should be able to service a Mercedes-Benz better than The Official Mercedes-Benz Dealership. Unfortunately that is not true of this particular service center where the technician actually caused more problems to my vehicle than it had before I brought it there. This Service Manager, Tim Sauter, pretty much told me that he didn't care (using other words). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "NOT" TAKING YOUR VEHICLE TO MERCEDES-BENZ OF OWINGS MILLS FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE NEEDED. People in positions of authority should have better customer relation skills and should have knowledge of cars, in this particular case. He does not!! More
Very Nasty People. Will try to Scam you. Dont usually write reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I had a nail in my back tire so i decided to schedule a service for the next Dont usually write reviews but this was the worst experience of my life. I had a nail in my back tire so i decided to schedule a service for the next morning since i was already advised to replace the front tires. This job was supposed to take 2 hours. Around the 2 hour mark the service advisor came out and told me that the car was finished and advised me to replace the 2 back tires soon. He also offered a "discount" that i could only get if i replaced all 4 tires at once. I thought about it and said no. If they really needed to be replaced he would have told me a couple of weeks before when he suggested that i replace the 2 front tires. He went back and then after another hour came out and said that i had no option but to replace the two back tires because the flat one had 2 nails in it and it couldnt be patched up. This is the moment i realized that this guy thinks im a total fool. how the xxxx can you replace the two front tires before you fix the flat one? If a tire is flat that is the first thing you fix before you start replacing the other tires. Mind you he just told me an hour before that the car was done. I called his bluff and told him to just leave it, i will fix it myself it takes 5 minutes. he proceeded to let me wait another two hours. I finally got sick of the xxxxxxxx and yelled at one of the workers to just get my car. 5 minutes later the car comes out with all tires perfectly fine including the one that "couldnt" be patched. He let me wait there for 5 hours when all they did was replace 2 tires, something that shouldnt take ten minutes. And then repeatedly tried to pressure me into changing all 4. Even resorting to a total lie. I do not even care about them trying to rip me off because i know that it is their job, but it is the fact that he made me sit there for 5 hours just to repeatedly try to jip me More

My Sales and Leasing Agent was fantastic, she really took the time to understand what I was interested in, she was not pushy and very helpful. In December 2009 I purchased a E350 coupe and Mrs. Pearmon-Jones was my Sales Associate. Again in October 2011 I traded my coupe for a 350 4 Matic. Likisha was very informative and very knowledgable Pearmon-Jones was my Sales Associate. Again in October 2011 I traded my coupe for a 350 4 Matic. Likisha was very informative and very knowledgable on getting me the best deal for my trade. She explained all the options as well as programmed my phone through blue tooth. I had mentioned to Andre during the fall that my next Benz would be the 4wd because the c300 was not heavy enough to move through the tough winter snow. He must have passed that information on because when I came in for general service, Mr. Johnson stopped in the waiting area and invited me to come with him and see what he believed I would like. When we went to the showroom, he showed me this gorgeous black benz that had all the features I needed plus some. It even came with a nav system that was easy to use. Of course I have not had a chance to use it yet since I broke my foot the same day I picked up the car. I did not come in to purchase a car only to have my routine mainteance done.
