This dealership has gone rapidly downhill since the new regime. Customer service is non-existent. Oil changes take five hours plus when you’re quoted a “couple hours”. I had an appt and got there on time. Waited in an empty lobby over 15 minutes with to service consultants sitting around talking and laughing. It wasn't until the manager walked in and spend another 5 minutes with them before I was even ask if I was being helped?! Finally saw Jason and ask about 3 different coupons that I was sent for use at the Orland Park Mercedes-Benz dealership for my oil change on my CLS. All were turned down by him without getting additional service done? This has not been my experience in the past with this dealership and the coupons they email me! Needless to say I don't plan on getting any future Mercedes-Benz vechiles or have them service my car again after this. I will take my business elsewhere since my time and money means little to them in 2023. More
My experience with Jason was fantastic I was the angry customer but he never changed his demeanor in fact he helped me out and I owe him an apology and also like to thank him.
