Joseph, Thank for talking to me but I still stay by what I said, you can’t give me more information because your technician and service writer happened to be out that is not good business. All I’m getting from you is excuses and no answer or solution all you can do is talk bad about my car. If I want to put a band-Aid on my car to fix it temporary then let me put a Band-Aid on my car but instead you focus on money trying to replace my engine then just repair in the meantime. You guys don’t care about the customer and try to milk them for all they have there is no honesty in this dealership I will never trust my car with them.
