I thought the tech that was here at my home was outstanding . He explained everything to me . He told me that my battery was the wrong kind for my car . So I took his advise and replaced it . I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I contacted the service department with an issue I was having with my breaks. The vehicle was purchased new a little over a year ago and had less than contacted the service department with an issue I was having with my breaks. The vehicle was purchased new a little over a year ago and had less than 12,000 miles. The previous Mercedes service department in Schererville stated I needed all new breaks and the cost would be on me. Orland Park provided me with a courtesy vehicle, fixed the breaks, remained courteous and professional. I recommend this service department, will purchase all future vehicles from this dealership and recommend them. Thanks guys More
