I was very disappointed that you have 1 employee walking around the waiting room without wearing a mask at all. Thanks Mercedes Benz of Orland Park! You make it so easy to maintain my E400. I brought my car in for service, the driver side window was making noise when it was raised up and down, I was told that it wou to maintain my E400. The courtesy loaner was perfect, clean and new. I received a phone call from Brad telling me my car was done by the end of the day. I picked It up the following morning, window working perfectly. One of the main reasons I purchased a Mercedes, other than I love the look of the E400, is the excellent service I received. I love the complimentary car wash whenever I’m in the area. This is a first class dealership and first class service department. Yes More
I took my car in for “B service “ Friday morning. I was told initially that I would have it back in 3 hrs. I was given a loaner car which was fine. Jason called Friday afternoon and told that the tread o told initially that I would have it back in 3 hrs. I was given a loaner car which was fine. Jason called Friday afternoon and told that the tread on my 2 back tires was low and I needed my brake fluid flushed. I didn’t quite understand why the tread could be low because my car had only 12k miles. Jason said something about not rotating the tires. I didn’t understand all he said but it was the way he said it. I felt that he spoke in a most condescending manner. I didn’t argue the point . I agreed to the service. They kept my vehicle over the weekend. Monday evening I picked it up after work. They had not even bothered to wash it after charging me $1300. I went back into the service department to inquire about the car wash. Jason was laid back in his chair on his cell phone texting when I questioned him . He said that they could run it through the machine if I wanted to wait. I didn’t want to wait because it was about 7 pm and I’d worked all day. He wasn’t apologetic or anything. His attitude was offensive . I was disgusted and I won’t return there for service again. I try to take care of my car. It is rarely driven. It’s 11 years old with 12000 miles. It still smells new inside. If I decide to trade it for another Benz I will definitely avoid the dealership in Orland Park. I think that some of your staff could use some customer service training. This is a very difficult time for all of us. I think everyone deserves to be treated with respect. People have choices where they shop and spend their money. Claudette Dandridge More
Very bad experience overall! Came in this weekend to see a couple of ‘16 C300’s. The sales manager Greg comer was so rude when I asked him the latest Carfax report of the cars to make sure everything was go a couple of ‘16 C300’s. The sales manager Greg comer was so rude when I asked him the latest Carfax report of the cars to make sure everything was good, he provided me the report from 6 months ago. He also blatantly lies that this was the “latest” report, and when I went to pull up the Carfax online, then he goes to check the report. Very fake and unprofessional. I could not believe that he was a dealer working at Mercedes dealership. Also, he walks out to help a different customers, and he just lies saying they were his 2 o’clock appointment, since I clearly went to help them since they were just looking that cars. After all this unprofessional behavior, he wouldn’t offer the listed eprice on the website after I almost closed the deal. He also wrote the eprice on the piece of paper and lies about it saying “it was his mistake”. He then had to get the manger involved, and manager was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. He actually said that if his sales person would’ve made a $20,000 mistake too, he wouldn’t have honored the price. He then starts to yell so loudly, he just made himself look like a fool in front of everyone else around. Unprofessionalism to the core. I was so disappointed at the whole experience at such a fine company. Because of these people, the whole company’s reputation falls. Another bad experience This is my second encounter with unacceptable customer service in the service department at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. Today, April 30th, 2020 I br This is my second encounter with unacceptable customer service in the service department at Mercedes Benz of Orland Park. Today, April 30th, 2020 I brought my Mercedes in for an A7 service, which was prompted by an alert that appeared on my dashboard. Unbeknownst to me, this service would be of charge of $349, with a $50 coupon, according to Mr. Domenico Scaletta. Optimistic about my service and experience, that I thought I would receive, I allowed my car to be taken back to the service area. As I waited in the lobby area, I began to research, the average pricing for the A7 service at other Mercedes Benz dealerships, because of the quoted price that I had just received. Upon my search, I found a different Mercedes-Benz dealership (Mercedes Benz of Chicago Fletcher Jones) that performs the same service, for $208 w/ coupons available online. I proceeded to share this information with Mr. Scaletta and his tone and manner of customer service, appeared to be one who was reprimanding his own child, as he told me, "next time do your due diligence before your bring your car in to be serviced". This was accompanied by additional comments such as "you should've called around before you came". Unbelievable, unacceptable and unappreciated to say the least. Although he stated he didn't have a problem with me or my questions on the difference in pricing, his actions showed otherwise. I'm in utter disbelief that I've been treated in this manner again. I returned in an attempt to allow Mercedes Benz of Orland Park to redeem themselves but they've disappointed yet again. And to think I was interested in buying another vehicle, NOT HERE! More

I went in because there was a message about my collision on my dashboard. Eric also mentioned my 4 year service light was on and that there was also a recall, he took his time and was very professional and on my dashboard.
