I was just at the mercedes getting my car serviced. For a change of oil and a problem for my srs. I was charged $535. $150 FOR A CHANGE of oil. The remainder was for labor with no parts purchased. So I called the manager and he told me the tech probably didn't charge me for the parts. What !!!! My my what a way to blow someone away. He must really think women are that ignorant to believe him. Westmont will be my service department from now on . A little further away but I prefer to drive a distance then to deal with a manager that thinks women are that dumb to believe his version. More
We experienced air conditioning problem to the back seat of our new car. Our sales rep immediately coordinated with an owner, service manager, and shop foreman to get the problem fixed in less than one da of our new car. I needed 4 new tires, alignment, & oil change. Parts was friendly & got the tires at dealer in 2 days(2 days prior to my appointment). Service was busy upon arrival but was promptly greeted, asked to take a friendly & got the tires at dealer in 2 days(2 days prior to my appointment). Service was busy upon arrival but was promptly greeted, asked to take a seat. I appreciate the recognition of acknowledging a customer has arrived. Service advisor finished up with another customer and then helped me. Advisor noted one item on the car that needed to be looked at but did not need immediate attention - again I appreciate the straightforwardness and not being pushy to run up the sales ticket. Was in and out in 2 1/3 hours. Will return to Orland Park MB. More
