I was early for my appointment but was received with a smile and only waited a few minutes before a service writer was at my car to help me. Dawson took very good care of me and saw that my car was servic smile and only waited a few minutes before a service writer was at my car to help me. Dawson took very good care of me and saw that my car was serviced and called me when my car was done. Even though they weee in the middle of construction everyone was very helpful and friendly. I recently visited this car dealership and was quite disappointed with the experience. The prices have increased by almost 30%, and there were no discounts offered, which was surprising. To make matters worse, the wait time was over two hours for only oil change, and despite speaking with the supervisor about the possibility of a discount or being offered a car to use during the wait, we received no satisfactory response. The lack of customer care and flexibility was frustrating. I expected much better service and support from a dealership of this size and reputation. More
