Wonderful purchasing experience We recently purchased a new ML 350 SUV from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park and had a great experience. Mandy Lamb was our sales consultant and she work We recently purchased a new ML 350 SUV from Mercedes Benz of Orange Park and had a great experience. Mandy Lamb was our sales consultant and she worked with us on several occasions in order to help us select the right vehicle. She was extremely knowledgeable about the SUV and how all the technology worked. We were particularly interested in the safety features and she test drove the SUV with us twice in order to show us exactly how they worked as well as how they felt. That was probably the selling point and deciding factor for us. If she had not been so well informed and familiar with the vehicle we would have never purchased it. There was never a question we asked that she didn't know the answer. We were quite impressed with her and she is the reason we bought the SUV! Also, Jesse Herrera handled the actual paperwork upon delivery and it went very smoothly with no surprises. Then, Michael Groe, the delivery specialist, spent two hours with us to explain how the SUV works and he was very smart and helpful. We appreciate all the hard work and attention everyone gave us. It is a beautiful vehicle! More

It was really flawless I had my car go in for routine maintenance. I called, made an appointment with Ted, the Service advisor he was very knowledgeable and made me feel co I had my car go in for routine maintenance. When they picked up my car on the arranged date they left me a loaner. Bill the driver was polite and very professional. Ted then kept me informed on how the work was progressing.
